A cum laude graduate from Widener University School of Law. She has been admitted to practice by the Maryland Court of Appeals since December 2012 and by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland since January 2013.  

Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, Divorce and Custody, and Guardianships, Wills/Powers of Attorney, and Estates have been Attorney Blackson's primary focuses of practice.  In addition, Lisa has represented the Town of Elkton Zoning and Planning Boards since 2015. Her clients have extended into the Federal Bankruptcy Court and the Cecil, Harford, and Kent County District and Circuit Courts.  


Lisa is committed to ensuring that her clients understand their legal rights as well as the legal process to promote a better understanding of the complexities of the Court system.
